These terms apply to your use of the Exavro website and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

An order is confirmed when online payment succeeds or, for Cash on Delivery, when you confirm it with the code we email you. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly; any amount paid will be refunded in full.

We deliver within India to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary because of the courier, location or events outside our control.

Please check your package on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged.

Eligible items can be returned within the return window shown on the product page, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Approved refunds for online payments are made to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

We use your details only to process your orders, provide customer support and keep your account secure. We never sell your personal information.
